We worked with Sandy twice, once was a false start when we weren't quite ready, then this time to sell our house. Sandy helped prepare us and helped us make our house look its very best for presenting to potential buyers.We spent nearly 1 1/2 years preparing ourselves to sell our home of almost 20 years. Sandy lives in the area and sells the area very well. We decided on a price for the house that was well above what we originally anticipated getting, but Sandy showed us how it compared well with another house she had just sold. That one was originally over priced, but then correctly priced sold quickly. She also assured us that the market was starting to heat up. Our house was seen by several interested parties and we ended up with two offers. One the first day, then a full price offer on the third day. Since there are many things that need to happen in a sale, Sandy helped us with many of those and worked well with the two attorneys and the buyer's agent. For such an emotional process, Sandy is rock steady and a comfort to have on your side as you move through the sale of your home. I heartily recommend Sandy for either buying or selling. When we first worked with her we were going to do both and stay in the area. Sandy is a very patient and efficient agent.
